Atlanta Rapper ZHG Juwop Arrested On Multiple Charges

ATLANTA- Rapper ZHG Juwop was arrested on a probation violation warrant, according to police.

The Columbus Police Department’s Special Operations Unit S.W.A.T. Team executed a search warrant at an apartment unit on the 6200 block of River Road, reports WTVM.

Juwop, whose real name is Anthony King, was taken into custody on a violation of probation.

Police say they searched Juwop’s apartment and allegedly found 1,446.8 grams of Marijuana with a street value of $14,468, and two firearms, which was reported stolen, according to WTVM.

King was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of drug related object.

He appeared in front of a on Feb. 15. The judge dismissed the rapper’s violation of probation charge, but his other charges were bound over to Superior Court, the news outlet reported.

Juwop bonded out of jail.
