Roseanne Barr who caused a lot of controversy on May 29th with her racist comments, when she tweeted that President Obama’s former adviser was what would happen if “Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby.” Immediately after her racist tweets, she apologized but some people weren’t accepting them. ABC cancelled the rebooted “Roseanne” show within hours of her tweets, which she had blamed on the sleeping medication Ambien. Roseanne told Rabbi Shmuley “And I regretted it before I lost everything and I said to god, ‘I am willing to accept whatever consequences this brings because I know I’ve done wrong.’ And I do, and I have.” ABC will continue on with the show, but Roseanne will not be part of the show.
