Marissa Tietsort, 28, has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide. A criminal complaint says that Tietsort caused the baby’s death in Oct and returned the him back to his mother.
Authorities said they found the mother trying to bring the baby back to life, but that he had died several hours before of blunt force trauma injuries to his head. A judge issued Tiesort a $500,000 cash bond and ordered her to have no contact with children or with the victim’s family according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
According to the criminal complaint, Tietsort said that she didn’t kill the baby, but did return him deceased to his mother. The baby was placed in the mothers carseat with a winter hat over his eyes. When the mother saw the baby with blue lips and not breathing, she began to revive him.
Now, this story just doesn’t end here with Tietsort history of allegedly killing babies.
Tietsort is also facing child abuse charges stemming from an incident involving an 11-month-old girl, who also died in her care back in Aug.
Why the courts allowed this woman to walk free until she’s possibly sentenced is beyond unbelievable in my opinion. There are people who have accused of far less and are still behind bars.
