Babysitter charged with the murder of missing toddler

PHILADELPHIA- A babysitter has been charged in the death of a missing toddler.

District Attorney Larry Kraner announced on Monday that Tianna Parks, 24, was arrested and charged with murder, child endangerment, and abuse of a corpse in the death of King Hill.

According to authorities, Kraner denied killing the toddler, but her cellphone says different. Police say they found video and cellphone evidence, which was enough for them to charge her with the missing toddler’s death.

Police don’t know where Hill’s body is at, but are continuing to investigate.

Hill was reported missing on July 8th, a day after he wasn’t seen.

According to the Philly Inquirer, Hill’s stepfather had left him with Parks for 2 weeks before he disappeared. He told police that Parks had cared the victim before.

When the toddler’s stepfather went to Parks home, she told him that she had dropped him off with his mother on July 7th, which was not true.

Parks was arraigned on Monday, and is currently being held without bail.
