WASHINGTON- A barber was shot and killed as he was giving a cut to an 8-year-old boy Wednesday night, police said.
A gunman entered the barber shop shortly after 5 p.m. and shot the barber multiple times, police said in a statement.
The 43-year-old victim was identified as the owner of the barbershop, but his name has not been released.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The child who was getting the cut wasn’t harmed.
Police say there is an active investigation.
