Basketball Wives star Sundy Carter will face the man she accused of drugging, raping, and releasing a tape of them having sex on social media in court.
According to The Blast, on September 21st Philadelphia police arrested Demetrius Green and charged him with possession of any instrument of crime with intent to employ it criminally, unlawful dissemination of an intimate image and harassment.
These charges are all misdemeanors, and despite Carter accusing Green of sexually assaulting her, Green was clearly not charged for that. He posted bail for $2,500 and went home the same night.
According to Carter, the assault took place in Philadelphia, where the court proceedings will take place. Carter planned on showing up to face her accuser.
Carter told The Blast back in September when Green was arrested that “I never thought I would be apart of the #metoo movement, no one should ever be taken advantage of, whether it’s revenge porn or someone slipping a substance in your drink. Unfortunately, I experienced this. I’ve pressed charges with hopes that justice will prevail.”
