TEXAS- San Antonio rapper Kardone has died after he was found killed in his apartment earlier this week.
The 34-year-old rapper, was found deceased in his apartment by San Antonio police on Tuesday during a welfare check at The Towers apartments located at 16735 La Cantera Parkway, after a friend hadn’t heard from him in several days.
According to the San Antonio Express News, Kardone was found with a gunshot wound.
Police identified a suspect as 21-year-old Sasha Skare. She has been out on bond since January 2020 for charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after a drug deal went wrong in 2019 which resulted in a man being killed, the San Antonio Express-News reports.
Kardone, whose real name is Martell Derouen, was signed to Sony-affiliated Sony-affiliated record label, and is related to singer Beyonce.
