Bond Denied For Suspect Facing Gun Charges In Connection To Rapper Takeoff’s Murder

One of the two suspects charged in connection to the death of Migos rapper Takeoff had his bond denied by a judge, according to a report.

Patrick Xavier Clark, 33 was charged with murder and Cameron Isiah Joshua, 22, was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and felon in possession of a weapon.

Takeoff, whose birth name is Kirsnick Khari Ball, was shot and killed on Nov. 1 while attending a party with at least 30 to 40 attendees. An argument erupted following a dice game, followed by gunfire, and the rap superstar, who was an innocent bystander, was killed.

Joshua appeared in court on Wednesday for his arraignment on bond. He was already out on bond for possession of a fake ID when Takeoff was killed.

After hearing all evidence from Joshua’s attorney, the judge said he granted a $300,000 on two of his recent cases, which totaled in $600,000. The judge decided to revoke his old bond in his third case, according to Click2Houston.

Joshua will remain in jail until his next appearance.

Atlanta rapper, Takeoff, whose real name is Kirsnick Khari Ball, was shot and killed at a private event at a Houston bowling alley on November 1. The event held about 30 to 40 attendees.

Takeoff, a member of the rap trio, Migos, was killed in front of his uncle and Migos rapper Quavo following a dispute that he wasn’t involved in. Takeoff was died from a gunshot wound to his head and stomach.
