FLORIDA- A 9-year-old boy with autism has been found dead a day after an Amber alert was issued for him.
According to the Sun-Sentinel, the boys mother, Patricia Ripley, 47, told police that two Black males attempted to side-swipe her on the highway, forcing her to pull over, demanding drugs.
Ripley told police that the men demanded drugs from her, and when she told them that she didn’t have any, they took her cellphone and her 9-year-old son, who is autistic.
An Amber Alert was issued for Alejandro Ripley, but the Miami Dade police announced that the boy’s body was found on Friday near a lake, not too far where he was allegedly kidnapped.
The Florida Amber Alert for Alejandro Ripley has been cancelled. We are very sad to report that the child was found deceased.
