Bronx Couple, 5-Year-Old Found Stabbed To Death In Apartment, Police

MOTT HAVEN, THE BRONX – A couple and their 5-year-old were found stabbed to death inside of their apartment Sunday morning, police said.

Police received a 911 call around 6:30 am and responded to an apartment building at 674 East 136th Street in the Mott Haven section of The Bronx.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 38-year-old man with stab wounds to his chest, lying in the hallway of the first floor of the building.

Police also found a child lying on the ground in another apartment and also located a 33-year-old woman with fatal stab wounds.

Both the woman and child were pronounced dead at the scene.

There is an ongoing investigation and autopsies will be conducted to determine a cause of death for the victims.
