BRONX, N.Y.- A man has died after he was brutally beaten and was robbed of only $1.
Police say 60-year-old Juan Fresnada was on walking on Third Ave with a male friend in the Morrisania section of the Bronx at around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday when they were approached by some other men.
The men demanded their property, when the victims refused, they were kicked and punched. The suspects then stole a dollar and fled.
Police say that they have surveillance video which shows one of the suspects grabbing a man, throwing him to the ground, and then two other men joined him, one even picked a trash can to attack the victim.
As for the 29-year-old victim, his identity is unknown and he refused medical attention.
