BROOKLYN- A man has been apprehended by police after they say he ordered his two dogs to kill a cat.
Police tweeted a flyer showing the suspect.

According to The New York News, the neighborhood cat known a Tuxedo was mauled to death by two Pitbulls, who were being amped on by their owners at the Breukelen Houses in Jan.
The incident was reported to the NYPD, who began to investigate.
