Brothers, 3 and 4, vanished from yard according to adoptive parents

CALIFORNIA- Two brothers, ages 3 and 4, have been missing after they vanished from their backyard.

Orson, 3, and Orrin West, 4, were last seen alive on Dec. 21 as they were playing in their family’s backyard. The boys adoptive father, Trezol West, said he was gathering fire wood, and his wife, Jacqueline West, was inside of the home wrapping gifts.

According to KGET, Trezol said he saw the boys playing in the yard, went inside of his home, and when he went back outside, the boys had vanished.

Trezol also added that he realized he had left the back gate open. He says he contacted police, and a search began to find the boys. The boys biological mother even joined in on the search to help find her sons, 23ABC reported.

Police searched for the boys, Monday, and Tuesday.

The boys mother says she believes that the Wests’ played a role in the disappearance of her sons, who they adopted in 2019.

Police obtained a search warrant for the Wests’ home, digging up their yard, and gathering evidence.

The couple have two other children, and they have been placed with Child Protective Services. It’s unclear as to why.

Police haven’t made any arrests.
