ATLANTA- A grand jury indicted Archie Sole’s brother in the rapper’s killing.
Alexander Krause was indicted on charges of felony murder, malice murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during a felony, according to 11Alive.
Krause was indicted by a grand jury on March 24, 2022.
Police responded to a report of a person who was shot at a gas station.
When officers arrived at the scene, the rapper was found with a gunshot wound to his jaw. He was taken to a hospital, where he died on April 4.
His brother was arrested the same day Eversole died and was charged with murder.
