LAS VEGAS- Cardi B is off the hook from a possible battery charge after throwing a mic at a fan at a recent show in Vegas.
Her lawyers told TMZ that Cardi B will not be facing charges after the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department closed the case.
An investigation was opened on Sunday after an unidentified woman filed a battery report after Cardi B threw a mic at her, even though Cardi was telling the crowd to splash her with water because she was hot.
The video of the incident went viral showing a woman throwing ice at Cardi. The rapper threw her mic at the woman, but also hit another woman and she is the one who filed the report the following day.
Cardi B was also seen on video throwing a mic at her own DJ days before at a show.
