NYC- Drill rapper C-Blu will not be facing a probation violation.
City lawyers decided to throw the charges out on Thursday. This charge was the only pending charge against the rapper stemming from a Jan. incident involving the 16-year-old rapper, according to The NY Daily News.
The rapper, whose real name is Camrin Williams, will not be facing any charges at this time, but city lawyers could still file formal juvenile against him, reports The NY Daily News.
The case stems from an incident in Jan. 18 in which the rapper accidentally shot himself with a gun he was carrying as he got into a struggle with two officers.
A bullet struck C Blu in the groin and hit an officer in his leg.
The rapper’s case took a twist when a judge found one of the arresting officer’s details of the incident to be not credible.
