MANHATTAN- Remy Ma is a very happy woman on this Monday.
A judge dismissed and sealed the assault case. Why? Well, according to the judge, there’s basically no proof that Remy Ma, whose real name is Reminisce Smith, gave her former ‘Love & Hip Hop’ cast mate Brittany Taylor a bruised after allegedly beating her up.
Assistant DA Juan Maldonado, who asked that the charges against the Bronx rapper be dropped says that Smith had a witness who was with her the entire night of DJ Pretty Lou’s April 16th cancer benefit concert, and she never saw Brittany and Smith interacting.
Then, there was another witness, who was defending Taylor’s story, but that person has stopped cooperating.
