ARVADA, Colorado: Halloween will be coming early for 5-year-old Jaxon Baumgard thanks to his neighborhood & a charity.
5 year old Jaxon Baumgard has been battling cancer since he was 2 years old and is currently in Hospice care.
The doctors told Jaxon’s mother that he wouldn’t make it to his 6th birthday.
According to Fox4Kc, his mother, knowing that Jaxon could pass away at any given time, wanted her son to be happy, so she reached out to Walkin’ and Rollin Costumes who are a non-profit charity that specialize in costumes for wheelchair bound children.
She sent the request in & even though there was a race against time, they got it done.
Jaxon’s mother’s wish came true with the help of the charity and the neighborhood. Local businesses all pitched in, dressing up in costumes and celebrating by giving out candy to Jaxon a few other children.
