Chris Brown Sued For Allegedly Drugging & Raping Woman

MIAMI- Singer Chris Brown is being sued by a woman who claims he allegedly drugged and raped her.

According to a complaint report obtained by Rolling Stone, the plaintiff is a “professional choreographer, dancer, model, and musical artist” who was invited to a yacht that was docked at Diddy’s home in Miami on Dec. 30.

The plaintiff says a male friend of hers, who knows Brown, invited her.

Th plaintiff, who’s referred as “Jane Doe” in the complaint, boarded the yacht and Brown allegedly offered her a mixed drink. The two began discussing her music career and the singer had offered her “tips about starting a career in the music industry.”

Brown allegedly then refilled her drink; the plaintiff claims after consuming the second drink she began feeling “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.”

The complaint alleges that the plaintiff was then “led down a corridor into a bedroom, where Brown closed the door and prevented her attempts to leave.” He allegedly undressed her and raped her, even ejaculating inside of her and reportedly demanded that she take a Plan B, which is an over the counter emergency contraceptive.

The plaintiff is suing Brown for $20 million in damages.

Brown hasn’t released a statement, but he did make a post on his Instagram which read:

“I hope y’all see this pattern of (blue cap emoji). Whenever I’m releasing music or projects, ‘THEY’ try to pull some real bullshit.”
