Comedian Pete Davidson is asking that those who attend his shows must keep quiet or pay up, a lot of money.
Davidson has been recently asking his fans during his shows at the Sydney Goldstein Theater to sign an NDA, forbidding fans from tweeting or posting anything about his performances.
One woman took to her Facebook to post of what was written in the contract.
The contract read “the individual shall not give any interviews, offer any opinions or critiques, or otherwise participate by any means or in any form whatsoever (including by not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, or any other social networking or other websites whether no existing or hereafter created.”
What happens if you do tweet or post a clip of Pete up on stage? Well, according to the contract, you’ll be coughing up $1 million.
The contract reads “In the event of breach of this agreement, individual shall pay company, upon demand, as liquidated damages, the sum of one million dollars, plus any out of pocket expense.”
Variety spoke to someone in Pete’s camp, and they have confirmed that attendees for now should expect to sign these contracts at his upcoming shows.
Pete is not the only celeb to stop people from recording while their performing. Dave Chappelle banned cellphones from his shows, and their have been artist who have stopped their show to tell fans to shut it off.
