Comedian Rickey Smiley’s son, Brandon Smiley, has died at 32.

According to my sources, Brandon passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2023, from unknown causes.

Rickey took to his Instagram on Sunday to announce the passing of his oldest son Brandon.

“I lost my oldest son #BrandonSmiley this morning. I’m okay, but please pray for my son’s mother Brenda, his siblings and his daughter Storm.”

In another post, Rickey wrote, “May your battles keep you near the cross, may your struggles show that you need God, May your battles end the way it should, and MAY YOUR BAD DAY PROVE THAT GOD IS GOOD.”

The comedian and radio host didn’t mention a cause of death but stated that was traveling to Alabama.
