TENNESSEE- A couple have been charged, after police say they allegedly stored a dead woman’s body on their freezer after killing her.
Oak Ridge Today reports that Sean Finnegan, 52, and Rebecca Elizabeth Dishman, 22, are being accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting and torturing Rebecca Paxton.
The couple allegedly dismembered Paxton’s body, keeping her body parts inside of freezer that was discovered on August 9th by police after they received a call about a homicide.
According to authorities, the couple is being accused of luring Paxton into their home in December of 2019, with the promise of a place to at. Once there, the couple held her against her will.
Finnegan, and Dishman have been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
Dishman is facing aggravated sexual battery and tampering with evidence charges, while Finnegan is facing aggravated rape and tampering with evidence.
