A man who sucker-punched a 12-year-old boy, as he was dancing on a street corner with his friends last summer has been sentenced to 7 years in prison.
Cedric Moore, 28, can be seen on video, exiting an SUV through the passenger seat, walking up to the boy, and sucker-punching him in the face. The boy fell to the ground, but got right back up.
The victim, identified as Ethan Hagler, was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries.
The victim’s friend can be seen approaching Moore, before the driver of the SUV flees the scene.
Moore was on probation for felony domestic assault when he attacked Hagler. He pleaded guilty to the attack earlier this month.
