Cuba Gooding Jr. arraigned on new sex abuse charges

NEW YORK- N.Y.,- Actor Cub Gooding Jr. was arraigned on new sexual abuse charges on Thursday.

The actor was arraigned in a Manhattan court to face new charges after a third alleged victim came forward accusing the actor of sexual assault.

According to prosecutors, 17 new accusers have come forward, and they’re claiming that he also allegedly sexually abused them.

The actor, who was entered the court in handcuffs pleaded “Not guilty” to six misdemeanor counts of forcible touching and sex abuse charges. These sex abuse charges are stemming from three of his accusers.

Prosecutors have filed a motion to bring more witness to the court.

Gooding is in court for two different cases. In one case, one woman is claiming that the actor who was allegedly drunk touched her breast at the Magic Hour Rooftop in Midtown, Manhattan on June 9th.

Another woman, who’s a server at a Tao Downtown Nightclub in the second case is accusing the actor of allegedly making a “sexually suggestive remark” to her and then grabbed her butt back in Oct of 2018. (This can be seen on a video that was released by TMZ.
