NYC- Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. will not be facing prison time after agreeing to a plea deal, according to reports.
The 54-year-old actor withdrew his previous misdemeanor plea and pleaded guilty to a lesser harassment violation in a Manhattan court Thursday; the Washington Post reports.
The case was resolved after it was established that Gooding has complied with the requirements that he has no new arrests and attend 6 months of alcohol and behavior modification.
The actor was accused of forcibly touching a woman at Manhattan’s LAVO nightclub in 2018.
