NYC- Police arrested Cyndi Lauper’s son, rapper Dex Lauper, after he was allegedly found inside of a stolen car in Manhattan, police said.
Police noticed an illegally double-parked 2014 Mercedes Benz C350 at the corner of W. 140th St, and Broadway in Hamilton Heights Thursday morning, and after a computer check, they determined the vehicle was reported stolen, according to The Daily News.
Lauper was arrested at the scene and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
The aspiring rapper posted a photo of him and his mother with a caption that read “Say what you want about me but keep my mother’s name out your mouth,” He added “I couldn’t have asked God for a better mother.”
