(Update) Da Baby has admitted to hitting someone at the show, but not Laws..
FLORIDA- The woman who was seen on cellphone footage getting smacked by Da Baby during a show in Tampa on March 7th is not accepting his apology.
Tyronesha Laws was standing next to her boyfriend with her cellphone as Da Baby walked by her to perform. Someone flashed a light a light at him, and without hesitation, he struck her in the face.
Laws says that she went to the hospital for pain, and was diagnosed with a contusion.
Da Baby then apologized the following day to Laws, and said that he wanted to meet her to apologize to her in person, and that’s not gonna happen folks.
Laws spoke with TMZ, and told them her side of the story, adding that his apology wasn’t sincere, especially after posting a video mocking the situation with comedian Micheal Black.
Laws told TMZ, “He still makes a joke about it like yesterday, uploaded something on his page, in a clothing store, I don’t feel like he was sincere with the apology. I was embarrassed. I got people calling me, writing to me on Instagram with fake pages. People seeing me at my job, like saying, “Oh, you’re the girl that got slapped.”
Da Baby has since then deleted the video, but I’ve got you covered. Watch it here:

Laws has now hired lawyers and plans on suing the Charlotte rapper.
