NEW JERSEY- A daycare operator has been arrested and charged for abusing a 9-month-old girl who was in her care at the Kiddie Academy of Hoboken.
Diana Camacho, 52, was charged on Tuesday, after she turned herself in at the county prosecutor’s office.
Camacho was charged endangering the welfare of a child, a crime of the second degree, prosecutors say.
The daycare where Camacho was employed at, reported her to the Hudson County Institutional Abuse Investigations Unit, where an investigation was launched.
