KENTUCKY- One person is dead, and two others injured after a Denny’s sign fell down onto a car.
The sign, weighing 2,600 pounds, fell onto a car in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, on Thursday, during high winds.
A woman, identified as Lillian Curtis, 72, who was inside of her vehicle, was rushed to the University of Louisville Hopsital where she was pronounced dead after being crushed to death, according to local reports.
Curtis’ husband, Lloyd Curtis was hospitalized, and her daughter Mary Graham was treated for chest and other injuries, reports WAVE 3.
