GEORGIA- A 5-year-old girl who was found dead in her home, and a suspect has been arrested.
According to WJCL, Savannah Adams was found dead on March 29, and at that time they didn’t have a cause of death, but police say that she had “substantial bruising” all over her body.
A family member told police that she had left Savannah in the care of 22-year-old Ethan Gathright, while she went to work. She said that when she returned back to the home, the little girl was dead.
Gathright is a convicted felon, who was living in Savannah’s home. Police tracked him down on Monday before he was arrested for a gun charge. The next day, he was charged with murder.
He is behind bars with no bond.
