OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN- Rapper 42 Dugg was arrested on Monday, after fleeing from police 2 months ago.
42 Dugg, whose real name is Dion Hayes, was stopped by police on June 5th for a traffic violation, but he allegedly fled the scene.
According to TMZ, police tracked the rapper down by researching his licence plate, which was traced back to a local promoter. There is also video surveillance video which shows him driving the vehicle at the time of the incident.
Hayes was arraigned on Tuesday for third-degree police officer fleeing. He posted a $20,000 bond, and his next hearing is set for August 13th according to clickondetroit.
