HOUSTON- DJ D Baby has died after falling from a 13th floor balcony.
On July 4th, the beloved DJ, who’s real is Darian Lewis plummeted from the balcony of a high-rise apartment building, falling four floors and onto a pool deck below, according to The Daily Beast.
She was taken to a hospital, where she died from her injuries a week later.
Lewi’s girlfriend, who was the only present, said she witnessed DJ D Baby climb on a patio chair and fall over the railing, reports The Daily Beast.
She even went on social media to silence those who are accusing her of allegedly pushing Lewis over the balcony.
Nishia Jackson wrote on her Facebook post “There’s no way I could have pushed her over”, adding “I would have literally had to pick her up & throw her over which is absolutely absurd!”. “WE WERE NOT FIGHTING!.”
Jackson also claimed that Lewis was intoxicated before her deadly fall.
Police say they believe Lewis’s death was accidental, but there is an ongoing investigation.
