Drill Rapper Kay Flock Indicted On Federal Racketeering Conspiracy, Murder Charges

NY- Drill rapper Kay Flock has just been indicted by a federal grand jury for racketeering conspiracy charges as he’s awaiting a murder trial.

The new indictment is accusing Flock and 5 others of allegedly running the Sev/DOA gang, according to TMZ.

According to the indictment, Sev Side/DOA’s purpose was to commit acts of violence, robberies and financial fraud in their Belmont neighborhood, which is in the Bronx.

They are also facing several counts of attempted murder an illegal firearm possession, the outlet reports.

Kay Flock, 19, has been behind bars since being charged with murder in December 2021, after he allegedly murdered Oscar Hernandez in front of a barbershop.
