Actress Lindsey Pearlman’s cause of death has been revealed.
Perlman, known for her role in the Fox series ‘Empire’ died by suicide, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner, reports PEOPLE.
The report stated that “the presence of non-toxic levels of lorazepam, metoclopramide and codeine” were found in her system.
The 43-year-old actress went missing in Feb. and was found inside of a vehicle near the entrance of Runyon Canyon Park in Los Angeles two days later.
Pearlman played Patti Sharp on ‘Empire’ and appeared on the Soap opera ‘General Hospital.’
