Ex- Alabama player Darius Miles was indicted on capital murder charges Friday for the death of Jamea Harris.
Miles and his friend Michael Lynn Davis allegedly got into an altercation with Harris’ boyfriend, Cedric Johnson, on Jan. 14, in which Miles claims he saw a gun in Johnson’s jeep, according to ESPN.
Miles admitted to providing the gun that Davis used to allegedly kill Harris, according to his charge sheet and deposition.
Davis was also indicted on capital murder charges.
Johnson told police it was food, not a gun that Miles claims he saw.
Harris, 23, died after being shot.
