A family of seven found dead inside of a home died from a “lethal level of carbon monoxide toxicity”, according to autopsy results from a medical examiner.
The bodies of four adults and three children were found inside of the home around 7:50 p.m. on Dec. 18. Police found the victims after conducting a welfare check.
Police say the source of the carbon monoxide remains a mystery, and there is still an active investigation.
