CONN – Fatman Scoop has reportedly died after collapsing on stage early Saturday morning.
Scoop’s DJ and tour manager DJ Pure Cold confirmed the devastating news on Instagram in a post.
It’s unclear what Fatman Scoop died of, but video from his performance at Town Center Park in Handen, Connecticut, shows the rapper shirtless on stage, getting the crowd ready with his famous shout. As he turns to go to his turntables, he’s seen falling over on the floor, surrounded by a small crowd.

In the video, you could see Fatman Scoop surrounded by his crew, as a woman performs lie-saving procedures on him.
There is no cause of death.
