MIAMI- Rapper Tafia was involved in a fiery crash involving a tractor-trailer on Thursday morning.
The crash happened around 3:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of State Road 112 near Northwest 12th Ave, reports Local10.
Highway patrol says that a tractor-trailer and an SUV collided, which caused the tractor-trailer to lose control and crash into a concrete wall.
About 100 gallons of gas was spilled on the roadway, which caused the tractor-trailer to set on fire.
Local10 reports that the driver of the tractor-trailer suffered minor burns.
Tafia was being followed by his crew, as he drove his 2021 Audi SUV. He told police that a car had cut him off, causing him to turn right, which is what the driver of the tractor-trailer did.
That caused the tractor-trailer to crash.
Tafia suffered minor burns to his arms.
The rapper is signed to rapper Meek Mill’s Dream Chasers label record label.
