Former NBA player Matt Barnes is being sued by his fiancée’s ex- husband for allegedly spitting at him at Levi’s Stadium this past Sunday.
David Patterson Jr, the ex-husband of Barnes’ fiancée, claims Barnes caused him injury and emotional distress during the Dallas Cowboys-San Fransico 49ers divisional round game on Sunday, according to Fox News.
Patterson claims that he was arguing with Barnes from about 20 feet away on a concourse inside the stadium before Barnes walked up to him and allegedly spat in his face.

Video footage showed both men shoving each other before they were separated.
Barnes said the two have allegedly been going at for the past several months due to him dating Patterson’s ex-wife and claims that Paterson also allegedly threatened to kill him.
Patterson is suing Barnes for assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional stress.
Barnes and Patterson are expected to be in court on Feb. 16.
