Former Skid Row singer Johnny Solinger has died at the age of of 55.
The singer died on Saturday, a month after he told fans that he had been suffering from kidney failure.
The band confirmed Slinger’s death on Instagram, writing:
“We are saddened to hear the news of our brother Johnny Solinger. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and fans”, adding “Godspeed Singo. Say hello to Scrappy for us”.
Solinger joined the band in 1999 to replace Sebastian Bach. He then left the group in 2015 and was replaced by Tony Harnell.
