Rapper’s Fat Joe & French Montana are being sued for “All The Way Up” which also features Remy Ma.
According to TMZ, who obtained the court documents, Miami based rapper Eric A. Elliott a.k.a Fly Havana says that he co-created the track back in 2015 with a rapper named Infrared.
In the documents, Elliott says that Fat Joe didn’t give him any credit for his work or compensation.
In fact, Elliott says that in March of 2016, he met up with Bronx rapper at an IHOP, where Fat Joe offered to pay him $5000 for his work and told him that he would pay him more money as the song generated more money. Elliott says that never happened.
Elliott claims that he also confronted French Montana outside of Dj Khaled’s studio but French just stood silent.
Elliott’s is suing to get co-writing credit for the track, along with other damages.
Remy Ma is not being sued.
