CHICAGO- Rapper G-Herbo has been offered a plea deal in his fraud case.
Prosecutors have requested a Rule 11 in which a defendant can plead guilty to criminal charges, according to All Hip Hop.
The Chicago rapper is accused of using stolen credit cards to buy fake ID’s which he allegedly used to purchase expensive puppies, private jets, hotel rooms and more.
G-Herbo plead not guilty to wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
If he accepts the plea deal, he would avoid prison time.
