Georgia police stand by tasering an 87 year old who was cutting flowers and didn’t speak english

ATLANTA, Georgia: Police in Georgia are standing by them tasing an 87 year old woman who was simplify cutting her flowers.

Law enforcement officials are standing by tasering Martha Al-Bishara because she was not “following orders”, even though she speaks no english & did not pose a threat to them. In fact, police released a statement saying “An 87-year-old woman with a knife still has the ability to hurt an officer,” Chatsworth Police Chief Josh Etheridge told the Daily Citizen-News of Da.

Police are saying that they felt threatened by the 87 year old woman. Wow, really?

This all started when an employee at a Boys & Girls club called the police, telling them that the woman was holding a knife while walking around the club. The employee also told the 911 dispatcher that “She’s old so she can’t get around too well, but,” and “Looks like she’s walking around looking for something, like, vegetation to cut down or something. There’s a bag, too.”

Footage from the Daily Citizen-News showed officers in a “standoff” with Al-Bishara, as one officer had a gun pointed to her and the other aiming his taser while instructing her to drop her knife. Officer Steven Marshall tasered the woman bringing her to the ground. She was then arrested and charged with criminal trespass and obstructing an officer.

The family of the 87 year old woman says she was simply looking for greens to make a salad back at home &  that she doesn’t speak or understand English.

Wow, what a threat, even the caller knew what the woman was doing was not to harm anyone, she was simply looking for vegetation to eat, so why call the police, who most of the time make matters worse? Especially, in this case.

This comes a week after an 11 year old girl was tasered in Ohio for stealing.
