ATLANTA, Georgia – Police have charged Christopher Gutizerrez, Zackary Franks and Yainery’s Gil with the murder of 24-year-old George Vela.
Just a few weeks ago, Gil was sobbing over the death of her boyfriend Vela to WSB-TV, who she says was killed by burgers.
According to WSB-TV, Police still aren’t sure who pulled the trigger or motive, but according to an arrest warrant, Gil “did conspire with the co-defendants to have the victim killed”, adding that she also provided the two teens with Vela’s location “throughout the day and night.”

The victim and his girlfriend, who’s being charged with his murder, share children together.
Back in July, Vela was shot in front of his home as he stood with Gil.
He had just came back home from seeing “The Lion King” with his kids and Gil at the movie theatres.
Gil told Vela’s killers, “I hope you know the damage you’ve caused. And we’ll find you,” to reporters after his death.
It’s unknown how much time all three are facing if found guilty.
