THE BRONX, NYC- Police are searching for seven people who attacked a 22-year-old girl at a McDonald’s in The Bronx last month.
The NYPD says a group of 6 men and 1 female attacked a woman inside of the fast-food restaurant on March 8, and robbed a 50-year-old woman who attempted to intervene.
Police say two men had knives.
The victim told police that she was with her boyfriend at the McDonald’s when he allegedly got into an argument with one of the male suspects, who left and returned with his friends.
When the group, who allegedly showed up to fight, the boyfriend jumped over the counter and left his girlfriend alone to defend herself.
The group attacked the female, who was taken to a Hospital for her injuries. She suffered swelling to her face, bruising and pain.
The boyfriend wasn’t harmed, and has refused to cooperate with authorities.
There are currently no suspects in custody.
