SOUTH CAROLINA- Rappers Gucci Mane, and Foogiano, have been named in a wrongful death suit that was filed on behalf of a 23-year-old woman, who was fatally shot during a concert at a nightclub according to WSAV.
Greenville News reported on Monday, that a rep for Mykala Bell, filed the lawsuit last week, alleging that rapper Foogiano, and several people who accompanied him, were allowed to enter the lounge with “deadly weapons” on the deadly night of his performance.
The lawsuit also says that rapper Gucci Mane was “believed to be” a promoter for Foogiano’s performance.
Bell was killed, after gunfire erupted on July 5th at the Lavish Lounge, where Foogiano was performing.
