Gun Charges Dropped Against Rapper DaBaby In Beverly Hills Case

Rapper DaBaby wins another case in court.

The L.A. District Attorney’s Office decided not to file a criminal complaint against the troubled rapper, rejecting the gun charge due to lack of evidence, TMZ reported.

The gun charges stem from Jan. 2021.
DaBaby was arrested on Rodeo Drive while shopping last year. A security guard at a Gucci store noticed a gun on the rapper’s waistband and decided to call the police.
DaBaby was arrested after shopping, but officers couldn’t locate the gun. They eventually found the gun under a seat in a vehicle that belonged to his someone in his crew.
The rapper, who seems to have a legal issue every few weeks, is still facing charges from his brawl with the brother of his daughter’s mother, singer/dancer DaniLeigh.
DaniLeigh decided to sue the rapper, and according to authorities, the D.A.’s office may pursue charges.
