Gunmen Rob Bishop of $1 Million In Jewelry Mid-Sermon

BROOKLYN- Three thieves brazenly robbed a bishop and his wife at a Brooklyn church Sunday mid-sermon, according to police.

Bishop Lamor Whitehead, 44, was preaching at Leasers of Tomorrow International Ministry around 11:15 a.m. when the three male suspects barged in and robbed the preacher and his wife at gunpoint as his service was being live-streamed.

The victims told police that the suspects made off with over $1 million in jewelry, including watches, rings and chains.

One of the suspects allegedly also pointed a gun at an 8-month-old baby.

The suspects fled, and no arrests have been made.
