Larry Donnell Ward, 53, was charged on Thursday with the June 22 kidnapping and rape of an intoxicated woman he picked up from a bar.
According to KSDK Instead of taking the victim to her home, Ward turned off his location and raped the woman in the backseat of his car.
A rape kit matched Wards D.N.A..
Charges were filed 6 months later and it’s unclear why.
The crazy part about this story is that Ward is not in jail, and is NOW wanted.
