Rapper Future has gone to court to stop his alleged new baby mama to keep her mouth shut.
In newly filed court documents obtained by The Blast, Future, whose real name is Nayvadius Wilburn, has hired a lawyer and filed a motion for a gag order. He reportedly pleaded with the judge to stop Eliza Seraphin from speaking about about him and the case.
Seraphin who’s a “IG Model” who goes by Eliza Reign and she is suing Future for retroactive child support payments, paternity and her medical bills from when she gave birth to her daughter.
She doesn’t have a lawyer and her case is filed as “Indigent”.
Seraphin took to social media in the beginning of her pregnancy to let the world know that she was allegedly pregnant by Future. She spilled receipts of them exchanging messages, and accused Future of threatening her life.
If this is Future’s daughter (which I believe it is), it would be his 7th child.
